New York Airport
John F Kennedy airport (JFK) is one of three major airports in New York, situated in Queens, 20kms south east of Manhattan. JFK was the busiest international airport in the States during 2011 and in 2012 49 million passengers passed through it’s eight terminals. The nine miles of runway and 125 gates going some way to keep the airport moving efficiently.
Transport links are excellent with an overhead train connecting the terminals, hotel shuttle facilities, car rental desks and public transport, there are alsocar parking spaces for over 18,000 vehicles.
